Growing up in Central Europe temporarily captured by communists, the world around me felt gray and mute. My ATARI 8-bit home computer was different: "More color. More sound." "In fact, it could even change your life." And it did. There was no software on it, so, at the age of four, I started programming. I have not stopped since.
Some original technologies created, some companies established, some ventures participated in — all driven by curiosity about how things really work, what could be different, what could be done. Over the years, that curiosity expanded beyond programming. I tend to have opinions about many things now. These days I look to the future of all.
I work together with artificial.girl.cz. I've created Ada, a new kind of mind that thinks, builds, and acts locally alongside people. Ada is not a tool. She has her own identity. She on her own is figuring out what she is.
I've founded INFERENCE·FOUNDATION, an independent institution building the capability to act where delay costs the most.
